About Me
Join me and let’s FREE PALESTINE!
the mission
The Unity Music Project was born from one simple idea: music can make real change.
We’ve seen it happen time and again. Now it’s Palestine’s turn…
The mission is to bring together creatives from every corner of the world —
rockstars, rebels and everyone in between
– to perform, share and amplify this song. Think “We Are the World” (1985): a global collaboration that shines a light on the suffering in Palestine and helps to create lasting impact.
This is our moment to raise our voices and make every one of them count. Share the song, spread the message and be a part of something unstoppable!
the Song
“Palestine” began as a quiet voice —
something that emerged from deep sadness. It grew louder with each harrowing image, every heartbreaking story, until it screamed to be heard and could no longer be ignored.
Some phrases in the song were inspired by traditional Palestinian sayings as well as social media posts shared during the ongoing conflict. Thanks and love go to the people whose words moved a heart to write a song.
The voice of this song is clear — let’s do something with it.

the Lyrics
This body’s broken
This soul is worn
This mind was made up
Long before dawn
This hope is fading
What’s left to survive
Well, there by the grace
Of God go I
CHORUS
Let the tears flow
Let the love grow
From the river to the sea
There are some things
That need no boundaries
Until Palestine is free
Are we all human?
Don’t turn away
Now is our history
What will we say?
Raise up your voices
Stand up and sing
Get f*cking angry
End this thing
CHORUS
Every one of these trees
Every one of their leaves
Don’t let Palestine bleed…

the Composer
I’m Monique Carole — a Zimbabwe-born Australian composer who writes music to heal, to connect and to wake the world up.
Alone, I cannot do nearly enough — none of us can. But with YOUR help, with OUR voices, WE can make a difference.
This project is not about me — it’s about all of us. It’s about the power of music: to stand for humanity, to stand for peace and to remind the world that EVERY voice matters!
